Mass Wall by Face Not Reading Void

Does anyone know why "wall by face" does not read the void in a cylinder but does in a rectangle and cone?

Submit it to support. Seems more like a bug then a feature.

I agree. It seems more like a bug then a feature. I checked it in 8.1 as well. I had the same result.
