I have created a room finish schedule for my current Revit project that does not fit on one sheet. Is there a way to split a schedule between multiple sheets? Any advice or help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks.

No - you'll need two schedules.
Apply a filter to each so they break at some logical point...

We typically break schedules by plan area. So we create several room finish schedules and door schedules (also by area) and place them on sheets. This way each schedule gets it's own unique header and they're aasy to fit.
