hi..
theres this small thing that i noticed about dimensions.
when text offset in dimensions is assigned a value of zero, and a vertical dimension and a horizontal dimension is drawn, and observed keenly, we see that in the vertical dimension, the text sits rightly on the dimension line, but in the horizontal dimension, the text is offsetted from the dimension line by 5mm....
can anyone tell me whats happening?
