Dome Ceiling Tile Pattern

I modeling a dome ceiling with a tile pattern. I used the curtain wall grid placed on a mass.

As each tile is the same, the grout line would not line up, so how do I offset the grid from row to row?

I don't think there is any fast way to do this... you'll probably have to draft it onto the reflected ceiling plan. If you need it to show correctly in a 3d view, you'll have to actually model the tiles or joints in some way.
