Are Revision accessible through API

I need to schedule what's in my revision for each sheet. it's not available straight into Revit. I didnt find anything when exported to ODBC (Access Database), so is there any chance through the API ?

There are built-in parameters for the revisions themselves (date, description, etc), but I don't see anything that would relate them to elements in the model.

So there's no way to get a "list" of those elements and value by sheet even with the API ?
