Hi "mohansv" ( Sorry, I do not know your real name )
Please note I have *moved* this thread from the ATP Course Wishlist (http://forums.augi.com/forumdisplay.php?f=147) forum to this one, as I feel this particular forum is a more appropriate place for such a topic.
Thanks, Mike

Not sure if I understand what you are asking or not, but I will take a shot.
I'm guessing you have drawing that you need to "scale" to fit into a size that you can print.
The easiest way is not to actually scale anything, you don't want to mess up the real size of the drawing. What you need to do, is create a viewport in paperspace matching the size of your paper, and set the viewport scale so that you can fit everything in it, or to whatever scale you desire.
Then just print.
Now, this is a pretty quick condensed version, but if this is all new to you, I would suggest a class, or read through the help file. This is a fairly basic procedure, but if you've never done it before, it can be confusing.
Hope this helps!

Assuming your drawing is all in modelspace.
Click the Layout1 tab - acad should create a single viewport (if everything is still at default settings).
Double-click inside the viewport. Zoom Extents.
Double-click outside the viewport. Zoom Extents (not strictly necessary).
Start the Plot command.
Select (what to plot) - Extents.
Select (plot scale) Fit to paper.
I sure hope you're not drawing in modelspace and then moving everything into paperspace .....

Don't laugh - I've just worked a project for a design consultancy that draws everything in Paperspace - and, in a strange way, I can just about see the logic. :screwy:

If everything is drawn in PS then that makes sense to me - sort of. But if you're drawing in MS and pasting it and scaling it down in PS it just seems like so much work ...
