Autodesk has confirmed that a DWG linked with "Current View Only" option checked cannot have Shared Coordinates pushed into the DWG. See this post (http://forums.augi.com/showthread.php?t=50581)for an example of this issue.
Note that the name of the UCS written into the DWG file is "Revit6.0" -- I've filed a Support Request to have this changed because we're using Revit 9.1 now ;-)
