Area Schedule

I'm trying to create an residential area schedule that can be totalled in certain instances.
What I'd like to do is total the first and second floors and leave the numbers for garage and entry alone. I'm not seeing anywhere how this can be done. Is what I want to do possible?

Completely possible. If you check out the help files you will find what you are looking for; as well, many forum discussions deal with filtering in schedules. <not trying to avoid giving you the answer, it's just extensive and there is already much out there>
