More and more printers are accommodating semi-large format papers. My HP DeskJet 9650 takes up to 13" x 19" (Super B) size paper. It sure would be nice if the next version of DWF (and the Revit PDF writer) were to accommodate this size.
As a side note, 13" x 19" is a great size as it allows you to print a 1/2 size 24" x 36" set while still leaving some room for the printer margins.
