1 -how i can recover the height of a wall in the shedule (this parameter does not exist in the list)
2 - how i can insert a formula in a new parameter like = volume * 5

For item 1 you can try dividing area/length, both of which are available directly, but this may become inaccurate if you have a wall with an edited profile or varying top and bottom attachments and I think this is why height is not available by default. If you have fairly consistent heights you want to schedule to flesh out your documentation you could use shared parameters which are convered elsewhere here and in the help files.

For number 2 set up your schedule and in the view properties, fields tab, there is a button marked 'calculated value', that tool 'does what it says on the can'.

While it is true you cannot directly query the height of a wall instance, you can derive it through a Calculated Value. Create a wall schedule and add the Area and Length fields. Then add a Calculated Value as a length that reads "Area / Length" to get the height.

** Keep in mind that this will be an average height, for if you have edited the elevation profile of a wall, the height is merely an average of the area by the overall length. Wall joins will sometimes affect the height results as well. **
