Daniel,

My class at AU will be recorded this year, so if you're a subscription customer, you may have access to it after the first of the year. Or if you're there on Tuesday, say hello!

What do you mean by subscription customer?

My company purchases subscriptions on the copys of Revit and Autocad. Is that what you are referring too? If so, how can we get access to area that will have your recorded class?

Thanks

Dustin,

Yes, you're a subscription customer then. Last year, they allowed subscription customers to access the AU classes online through the subscription center. I'm not sure if they'll do it again or not, but you should see an email from them if they do. Also, you might want to contact your reseller regarding this. They will probably have more info.

Danny I found your webcast @ http://au.autodesk.com/

Thanks it helped me understand how the API actually works. I did have trouble with the excel examples getting the Room Area, but it might be because I am using Revit 9 demo and VB Express on my personal laptop. I'll play with it some next week at the office and see if I can get it to work with 9.1.

Thanks again

Dustin,

Yes, some of the samples that are included with my class will only work with 9.1. The Demo status of Revit and the fact that you're using VB Express shouldn't matter.

Glad you found it useful,
