Is there a way to Open primary DWG so related DWGs also Open

Is there a way when you open a primary drawing that it also opens all related drawings automatically?

Define "related drawing"

Do you mean externally referenced drawings or other drawings in the same sheet set or something else?

I have cable drawings which need to include the interconnect diagram and a materials list, but each one of these is a seperate drawings file. What's a sheet set?
