access the to-from parameter of a door in a tag

Does anyone know how to access the to-from parameter of a door in a tag? I think if you could (or know how) this would really add to the issue of having your door numbers corresond to the room number (get revit to do it).

Currently i number my doors manually and would really like revit to do it for me.
