Can you have an X-Ref inside of an X-Ref?

Can you have an X-Ref inside of an X-Ref? I have a site plan with a floor plan as an X-Ref in it. I have another dwg that I want to use the site plan as an X-ref, with the floor plan X-Ref already in it. For some reason, the floor plan isn't showing up. Any Ideas?

Hi Gary,

If you pick on attach instead of overlay when inserting the xref in will bring with it all nested xrefs/drawings.

If you overlay an xref into drawing 'A' it won't appear in any other drawing that drawing 'A' is xrefed into. If you attach an xref into drawing 'A' it will appear in other drawings that drawing 'A' is xrefed into.
