Hi,
I have two questions.

1. Do i create keynote .txt file for everything, ei. Demolition notes, Material finishes, etc. for
my project?

2. If i create multiple keynote .txt files for my project, wil it be view specific?

Thanks

If your in 9.1, I just use one text file split up by CSI. I started with the one that came with Revit and just keep adding to that file via excel (save to txt. del.) and it has worked fairly well. You can create new divisions such as demo etc. or whatever you need. Then point revit to that file under keynote settings and set them to read by project or by sheet.
