Section head

Hi all,
Can someone tell me if it's possible to make a section that looks similar to attached? Thanks.

I use a section head like that. I made it using the default section head by deleting the circle, adding a filled region with the smallest allowable thickness and moving the text around. Anyway I should warn you that, at least from my wasting a lot of time experimenting, the behavior of the family is not right. I could not make the labels hold the same relative position to the section head when vertical vs. horizontal. You can make it look good for one and it will look really bad for the other. I currently use a compromise - it looks bad on both situations but is still acceptable. I know this isn't much but I hope it helps you somehow.

Thanks for that, radu.grosu, that's exactly what I found - positioning of text is very limited. Wonder what others do for non CD type drawings - compromise?
