drawing a polygon (solid) in Autocad 2006

How do I draw a polygon in 3d with all faces of the polygon different sizes??

I don't quite understand your question. What type of polygon are you trying to create, you can combine 3d solids, extrude or revolve plines into solids etc, to create pretty much any shape you require.
