General Notes Sheet - Best Practices

I am creating a General Notes Sheet that will hopefully be able to be used throughout our company. What is the best way to create a relatively editable sheet that incorporates our actual Revit symbols and annotations along with a lot of text?

I am creating a General Notes Sheet that will hopefully be able to be used throughout our company. What is the best way to create a relatively editable sheet that incorporates our actual Revit symbols and annotations along with a lot of text?
We create legend views and place these on a sheet. It can then be transfered or loaded into other projects.

Would this technique be useful if translated/importing these notes from ACAD?
