Reference planes printing in linked model

Is there a reason that reference planes in a linked model are printing? I thought reference planes never printed - this is odd...

You have to turn off ref plane printing....File->Print->Setup and check "Hide ref/work planes".

Im pretty sure you can also turn off the Visibility of the Linked Files Reference Planes under VG, if for some reason you want the actual files Planes to print...
