OK, here is a problem I've only had happen in ADT 2004.
All of my blocks are created full scale, aka 1=1. I've created tool palettes of the blocks for easy insertion into our drawings, from 4 different workstations.
My problem comes into play when the blocks are inserted from the palette, some are inserted at 1=1 scale, others are inserted at 1/12 scale.

Where is that variable coming into play? And what is the variable. It seems to only occur in ADT, not in the Acad 2004 program. It is not a random problem, it is repetitive, and always in the same drawings.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Jerry

It's probable because of the INSUNITS system variable. This determines the automatic scaling of blocks when using the design center or the tool palettes.

Hi Jerry

Please note I've *moved* this Topic (Thread) from the AutoCAD General Forum (http://forums.augi.com/forumdisplay.php?f=120) to this one as I believe it would be better served here.

Thanks, Mike

Im not sure if this is were your getting at but if you go to the format menu and click on drawing setup. You can uncheck scale blocks and it should bring everything in 1to1. I hope this helped
