Keynote as legend...How to?

Hi,
Can anyone explain in detail how I can use keynotes as legend?
I have a sheet with keynote material tags and I want to place the legend for the material used corresponding to each tag per sheet. Is this possible?

What I am basically trying to achieve is to have my keynote .txt content insert to my project to use for my legend on my sheets and filter out everything except those that have keynote tag referenced to them. I hope this makes it a bit more clear.
Or, is there another better way of doing this?

You can use the Keynote Legend View and have it filter the keynotes by sheet. You can then place this legend on any sheet and it will display only the keynotes on that particular sheet.
