Hi everyone.
Can you tell me where I can go, other than RevitCity, to get a bay window family type. I tried on the AUGI site but it didn't seem to work.

Take a look at the Revit Web library (http://revit.autodesk.com/library/html/index.html). There's a couple there (in the US content window section).

Thanks, but I forgot to mention that I need the arched one with 5 or 6 panels.

Make one, or modify a similar one.

My experience has been that, often, third party families don't always work the way you want them to and you have fewer headaches in the long run if you are intimately familiar with the parameters and the functions.
