Okay, so i have a Revit model of a fairly large project, with Wall Sweeps. None of the Wall Sweeps are displaying Cut Patterns in section, and i cannot discern why.

I HAVE figured out that its a project setting, and not a sweep/material setting. I made an identical Hosted Wall sweep in a new project, and the cut pattern works perfectly.

The Hosted Wall Sweep uses a material that is also in the wall, and the Wall's cut pattern works perfectly.

If i make NEW Subcatagory, and give it a subcatagory-wide material (in Object styles) it will take THAT material, but as all the wall sweeps arent the same, this isnt a viable option.

Ive verified that its not being overridden in the VG controls. I made a new wall section and had the same results.

Any thoughts? Where else in the project could this be overridden?

I haven't been able to re-create your problem. The closest I got was the opposite situation: the wall not showing a cut pattern while the sweep does (due to the coarse-fine setting).

Maybe you cut-and-paste the wall with the problem to an empty file and post it here for examination?

Id love to, but i cant. If i copy and paste it to a new project, the issue is fine. It seems to be project specific. If i go file new, everything is fine.

Give me a few to see if i can slim down a model to JUST have that wall and the sweep...

I cut EVERYTHING out of the project besides the wall, the sweeps, and the level. Its still 7 MB, and it says i can only upload 2mb. I even did a purge unused, and wasted all the extra views. How the heck do i get it down to 2 MB??

EDIT: Okay, its down to 7MB... Theres nothing left to delete...

Bumping this back to the top, still have no ideas left to try...
