Hi Guys,
A newbee here....We are trying to convert out Datacad symbols to Revit Parameter enabled components. I have imported as a layout, an elevation of a urinal. All is 2D. I use an extruded object (so my fixture will appear above other textures) then traced "Symbolic Lines" over the "Dwg"
Now I assigned a "Ref Plane" a Parameter (A dimension to the Lip Height) My Fixture is adjusted as per my dimension....but my symbolic lines don't move, as they a supposed to move with my fixture....
Are you with me...I don't know what I am doing wrong.....:-(

Your symbolic lines don't need to move. This is especially true when it comes to you plans. If you need elevations to change you just need to align and lock your symbolic lines if they don't move.
