What type of tag will work with a model group, if any? A multi-category tag, perhaps? I was thinking of making a tag that looks like our standard window tag, and then making a model group when I do storefront windows so that I could easily duplicate the storefront windows and also tag them. Thoughts?

As far as I'm aware you can not tag groups, and I wouldn't hold out for that kind of functionality. If you wanted to you could but all the pertinent information into one of the window families, and tag just that one window. I have also successfully grouped curtain wall for the creation of storefront, but that can be a tricky thing with the way CW likes to behave. Another option is to nest all the seperate window families into a "super" window family, and tag that.

My suggestion is to add something into the group that is taggable. Like a furniture family that is nothing more than a dot or something you can tag and schedule. make its type mark the group Name/number you want.
