I had to have a new hard drive put in my machine, now I am reloading Acad 2002 & I am getting an error message REGSVRAC when it is loading the Volo Express. It finishes installing & says everything is successful, but when I try & get into Acad, it gives me a fatal error & says the program will be shut down. I have reloaded 3 times & get the same thing every time. Any suggestions???

I think i know what your problem is. Are you running Norton Anti virus?

Yes we are,,,, Could this be my problem?

I disabled Norton Antivirus & installed 2002,,,, it came up with the same error message & after installation, I can get into Volo Express, but not Acad,,, it says this program had preformed an illegal operation & will be shut down!!! Help!!!!
When I go into details, it says "acad caused an invalid page fault in module AC1ST15.DLL at 0187:65fele3b Hope this helps
