I am working in this Plumbing fixture....As I adjust its "Lip Height" I get a dialog "Constrains not satisfied" Please help me understand, whats going on.....Thanks
P.S I traced an existing fixture using "pick" tool, as well as draw tool....does the same constrains dialog....

This is due to the automatic constrains Revit adds while you are sketching.
Changing your Lip Height parameter conflicts with these constrains.
To avoid this
Create your Linework in a separate Detail Component Rfa and nest it into your Plumbing Fixture Rfa.
or
Use a Reference Line and draw your linework on one of its ref. Planes.
Also
consider
the use of Symbolic Lines instead of Model Lines
the use of a Plan Region instead of extrusions to cover wall and floor.

The solid extrusion has locked dimension within and the model lines seem to be locked to something else not the ref planes controlling your height.Preferable make sure that you use reference plane to lock your symbolic lines to and then make sure that your reference planes can read the changes of your height parameter. click the show button in dialog box to toggle through the views of the parameters which are not certified.hope this helps to to point you into the Right direction
