CALLING ALL REVIT USERS!!!!
MY question to all you savvy REVIT users is "Why should I move to REVIT?" I am currently a user of a very old NON-AUTODESK system and I'm considerig moving to REVIT. What I would love to do is actually have a phone conversation with someone that has gone down the path I am thinking of going down.
I would specifically like to chat with someone who went from a NON-AUTODESK product to REVIT. I'd like to hear the good and the bad.
Anyone willing to chat with me on the phone??????
Please let me know.
Thanks.

I'm sure there are forum users here that would be able to speak to you and tell you about Revit, but you should give us a clue as to where you are based. UK, USA, Fiji islands, Oz and your profession, Architectural or Structural????

Also, have you done a search in this forum?

To get youstarted, here is a discussion on Revit v ADT http://forums.augi.com/showthread.php?t=5023
and Revit v Sketch-up http://forums.augi.com/showthread.php?t=4858
and ArchiCad v Revit http://forums.augi.com/showthread.php?t=4606

But the best way to convince yourself is to download the demo version of Revit. It's the latest version and fully functional (except you cannot save). You can use it for 30 days, and you'll see how intuitive and easy it is.

But certainly, have a read of the forum links I've given above too in the meantime.

Corrections, you can save and it is for 60 days. (unless it is different in the UK)
