DWG poor display behavior

How can one avoid the poor appearance of very large DWG's? Circles, arcs and lines show up highly distorted when your DWG has widely separated information. Civil drawing are notorious for this.

This is a known issue and the only solution is to move the dwg geometry closer to the origin.
