Dimension text with Arial Bold

I am using Arial Bold for some text. I would also like to use Arial bold for dimension text, but my choices for the dimension text are limited to Arial Black or Arial Narrow, but not Arial Bold. Is there any way to get the Arial Bold?

I am inclined to agree with Dean. You have hit on an old chestnut (http://forums.augi.com/showthread.php?t=4920). Perhaps you should submit it to the Revit wish-list, what do you think?
