Anyone have trouble selecting multiple objects?

I have noticed quite often recently when I hold down the Ctrl key to select multiple elements, it seems to "hang" and I end up losing all the elements I had selected already. Like I'll be going along selecting elements, and then I'll get to one that when I click on it, instead of changing to red, it just stays in that "prehighlight" mode while I hold the Ctrl key down, and won't do anything. If I release the Ctrl key, all my other selected objects will de-select, and then that one object that was "hung" will finally become selected (red colored) by itself. It's quite annoying, anyone else have this happen?

Honestly, never happend to me. Maybe a defective keyboard ?

Yes I have this, I believe its a graphics issue. Revit is so poor (or windows is or something is) at handling graphics on some machines that I think its hanging waiting to pre highlight the object. I'm amazed everytime I switch from my desktop to my laptop how much better the performance is. Its due to the integrated graphics on the laptop.
