Disappearing Locker in plan

Has anyone seen this one? We took this and added to a new blank project and it looks good. But once we added it to a project underway the locker can only be found in the 3D and elevation views, it cannot be seen in plan views. This has to be simple i am sure.....

Here is what I have checked:

Its on the correct level.
VG Imported and Model - Speciality Equipment tabs show the family checked to be visible in the plan view.
Opened the family and found it an System Family; imported symbol.
Selected the object in family editor and saw that all views for visibility settings are checked.

I have attached the family for your look over.

Could not repeat your problem. Opened it from your file and inserted into new and then into old project. Everything is fine. Sorry.

Is your current project using worksets and if so are you placing the locker in a workset that is not visible in the view? Phasing...Design Options...

Note that you'll need to make the slash a symbolic line as it is drawn as a model line in 3D on the bottom of the upper level locker and hence - doesn't get shown when cut at the typical 4' plan height. Same for the slashes in elevation, but those are a bit more tricky as you've clustered several lockers.
