We experienced trouble with Revit pdf writer in printing......only small size pdf (letter size) is working...all oversize attempts create error message "hyperxpdf.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close"........we lose all new work up to last 'save'.....any thoughts?

use a different pdf writer. there are many free ones listed here in similar threads.

Try the Cute PDF writer, it's free and seems to work nicely with Revit. Go to www.cutepdf.com. You'll also need the GhostScript writer to accompany the installation - it can be found at www.ghostscript.com. (also open source)
