Espresstools is also an unknown command. I belive the 3rd party software modify the menu path settings in acad.
If that's the case, can you not go to Tools\Options\Files and re-modify the paths?
BTW and just in case, eSpresstools will be an unknown command. Make sure you typed eXpresstools.
If you type MENULOAD, is EXPRESS listed?

After installing the software, there was a new tool bar for that application. I then decide not to used the software, and uninstall it. The Express menu was still there but none of it command worked. I then reload the acad.mns and express menu disappear. Now I cannot reload the express menu.

Make sure the path to your Express Tools is in your support file search path.
This will be something like C:\Program Files\AutoCAD 2004\Express
After you add this, close AutoCAD and reopen it. Check to make sure the path is still there, then try the EXPRESSMENU and/or EXPRESSTOOLS command.
If you are forced to use ._MENULOAD to load the menu, then something is wrong anyway.
BTW: We have XL2CAD (http://www.dotsoft.com/xl2cad.htm) and it's never messed up our Express Tools or support paths.

Hi
Thanks for your helps. It was the path problem. I did not check under "support files search path". I only check the menu path. Somehow the path in "Support file search path" was altered it only read "C:Program File". The rest of the line was missing. I modified it and it is now working.
Again, thanks for all your responses.
