I have created a new titleblock following the tutorial in Revit 9.1 and I have two problems.
1. The titleblock line along the right side of the page shows up when I print. How can I elimante this?
2. I put an address label in the titleblock and it won't allow me to edit it in my sheet view of the model. I am able to edit all the other labels I have added.
Any help?

You could change that line to an invisible line type, or move it further out so its in the printers margin.
To edit the address you have to get to it from the menu. Try Settings / Project Information. I think this has something to do with it being a multi-line label that is special.

If you added the address label as a shared parameter, you need to add that same shared parameter to your project file/template. Once you do that, the label will be editable (when you select the titleblock in a sheet view, the parameter will turn blue).

I have found that some printers want to start at the first visible line, meaning the actual sheet defining line must be invisible for these printers. Others will let Revit tell them where to start, and ignore anything in the margin. I am just making the page size defining lines <invisible> by default, and thus far it is working well. Someone may have a caveat for that approach, however.
