What kind of scheduling are you talking about?

4D(Time Based) Phasing or Quantity Scheduling?

If you are looking for 4D Phasing then I would consider looking into Navisworks Roamer and Timeliner. Navisworks can link with certain project management softwares ie (.MPX) Microsoft Project Files and Primavera.

Innovaya has a similar solution, but I have not used it before, so I can not comment. I have used the Quantity Scheduling part of Innovaya and it is pretty cool, but you can achieve similar results using Schedules inside of Revit. I don't recall Innovaya linking with any project management software(maybe ms project?), but it does link with Timerline for estimation.
