Sharing camera views between drawings

any on eknow how to get a saved view from one draing to the next - cut & past doesn;t seem to work - and there isn't anythiing in the design centre that I can see

Any help will be apreciated

You can draw a line between camera and target locations and copy and paste to same location. You still need to run DView to set up the view though. :-(

Or you can Vp command from existing drawing, the Viewpoint Presets dialog will show the viewpoint x-axis and xy-plane values, copy those values.

that's good advice but I have 5000 views per drawing - I have solved the problem with a lisp routine let me know if anyone wants it
