Wall Wrap Confusion

I've got a wall that doesn't show its wrapping at inserts and I have no idea why that might be. I added the wrapping condition fairly late in the project cycle so that might have something to do with it but I'm hoping that it's something simple.

Could you give a little more information as to how you would like the wall layers to wrap? It seems as though what you have posted is behaving properly.

Use a floor plan callout rather than a detail callout. That's just something Revit does...
