We are using details drafted in ACAD, imported to a drafting view in Revit. In Revit we add annotation and dims, and then place on a Revit sheet. The biggest issue we have is not being abe to keynote these linked details in revit...it is actually turning into a deal-breaker. is tehre a work-around?

In the past I have used drawings with the details annotated in the DWG file, in some instances used a dummy keynote and blank leader in situations where there were no annotations. But for the long term, I would recommend creating a Revit detail library by linking in the DWGs and tracing over drafting lines. It isn't a deal breaker when we look to the long term with where we are going with BIM.
