Batch upgrade issues and questions

Actually, don't disregard the part about journal file documentation. I am still curious about that!

So I am trying to use the batch upgrade tool to, well, batch upgrade my families. I have run the BAT file, and I have a famlist_rfa.txt that lists all the files that need upgraded. As I understand it I then drag the Upgrade_RFA.txt on to Revit, and all should be good in my world. But no, I get a "Failed to Open Document" error. No explanation, not even of what document failed to load. The Journal file suggests that Upgrade_RFA.txt is what failed, not one of the actual family files.
I am using the 20061202 build, and the Upgrade_RFA stuff from the 9.1 install media. Has anything changed, and this no longer works?
Also, in looking in the Upgrade_RFA.txt I find a bunch of VBS code. Anyone have any documentation on this? What subset of VBS works in conjunction with journal files? How does it work? What other possibilities are there? There seems to be so much potential, and zip for documentation!

I provided a batch upgrade utility right here that I wrote. Does pretty much the same thing. But I know it works since I ran it on 3000 families.

Give it a try. Hope it works. By the way, Revit has to be closed and then drag the script file onto the Revit icon.
