Rotating a view with a color fill legend

Here's an issue I found with color fill legends:

If the view is rotated, the grip controls on the color fill legend do no function properly. Dragging the grips creates weird results.

dorry i daont have anything to add, but i would like to know how you recorded that demonstration? I would be a good tool to have for education files that i would create for my users to use on there on time.

Just tried this in a project using 9.1 and I don't observe the same glitch.
