Boxes aren't staying put

Long story short, I got a new workstation and for some reason it's not remembering the positions of all the pop ups. They keep going to the top left corner of ABS when I'm moving them off to another monitor. Is there some setting I'm missing? It's really annoying.

Look at the workspace settings (wssettings) or can be found on the workspaces toolbar and see if it is set to save workspace changes automatically.

It's set to save automatically. Still no luck.
