Detail compents ramdomly black filled

The attached detail shows the same component circled in red.

The one with the "white" fill was created by mirroring the "black" filled component.

I have tried a variety of things, and it appears to be a random outcome between "white" or "black" fills.

Any suggestions.

Is there a filled region in there? Maybe inside a family? Sometimes you have to move their RGB one number away from white/black to make it work. Though I can't remember when this is needed.
