Anyone having problems with filters? I have a few filters created that are used in several views, and on more than one occasion I've tried to add a filter to a view, and the filter would not show up on the list. I went to Settings > Filters, and the filter was not there, yet it was being used and was working in one of my views.
Now I just looked and another filter I had created (that I had previously recreated) now has a "1" after it. I renamed it, and now the filter won't work at all.

I've had issues with Filters disappearing in RB9.0. They were still in use but you couldn't edit them as they were not visible in the list. I filed a SR on this last October and was told that the issue will be addressed in the next release.Try the following:
Start a new project file and select a blank file (not from template).
File->Transfer Project Standards from the project containing the filters to your blank project. Select only the Filters option.
You should see the filters in the blank file. Make the necessary edits and transfer project standards from this empty project back to your Project file.

Yeah I had 4 filters defined as of yesterday. Last night I worked in the file and I had to delete and re-create one filter, then I added another, so I had a total of 5 filters.
Now I come in this morning and update my local file, and I only see the 3 filters that I did not touch last night. The 2 that I created last night are not on the list at all, yet they are still in use in some views.
Hopefully I can get on 9.1 soon. This current project is nearing completion of CD's, though, and I don't want to mess with upgrading at the moment.
*edit* I tried the transfer project standards in a blank project. When I brought them in from my local file, all 5 filters showed up. Great. Then when I tried to transfer them back into my project, it gave me the "these exist in the destination project but are different" thing, listing all 5 filters, and I clicked the button to Overwrite. Then I looked at my filters list and still only 3 of them show up! arghhhh!!!! :banghead:

Well yeah, my little tip won't make them come back but at least once you upgrade you'll be able to transfer them to your new template. It also gives you a way to make changes to those filters as you cannot do that in your current project file. I haven't had any issues with 9.1, but from the SR's reply, it seems that it's not resolved in 9.1 yet and it should be fixed in the upcoming version.

well we don't have any "standard" filters to put in my template. I usually just create them for various things I need as they come up in different projects.
Here's another thing that's odd, on my other local file on my home PC, all the filters show up fine. I even opened the file and did Reload Latest to update with the central file at the office, and they still all show up fine at home.
