Equipment Tag and schedule in link file???

I have put the equipment tag, door and window tag in a link file. However, when I link that file to the master file, I can not see all the tags. I have checked the visibility in the view property. Do I miss anything?
Another question is about the schedule. What can I do for the schedule? Can all the doors and windows add to the master file's schedule?

I'm chasing you around the web :smile: You posted first at the Revit Systems Autodesk ng and then in Revit building and now here. I replied in each...and now here...this is what I wrote there:

You have to override the visibility graphics setting for the view you want to see them in. Only model elements are visible by default.

Open the visibility graphics dialog
Click the Revit links tab
Click By Host View button under Display Settings column
Click radio button: By Linked View
Choose from the pull down below, the Floor Plan view that has the tags in it.

Anyway, thanks for you reply. I have followed your procedure and it did not work. I still cannot see the equipment tag. Any idea? Thanks again.
