Adding to a group

I'm trying to modify a storefront elevation that is part of a group and distributed around the project - specifically I need to add a curtain grid line. When in group editing mode you don't have the menu that lets you add the grid. If you try to add it outside the group, it won't let you, because you are not in group editing mode. Chicken and egg. Any advice besides edit group>remove from group>erase the storefront windows in all the other instances that are now ungrouped>Modify storefront>add back into storefront. There's got to be a better way...

Right-click on another curtain grid line while in group edit mode, and choose Create Similar, and then place your new grid line.

Cool. I wish I would have asked about a week ago. While I'm at it, is there any reason why the temporary dimensions for curtain walls don't have the little grips so they can be moved to the relevant snap, like everywhere else in Revit?
