Dutch Gable query

Hi all,

I've made a dutch gable by setting the cuttoff level of the lower roof then adding another roof on top and joining the two. I extended the edge of the upper roof 300mm for an overhang, but this leaves a gap in the corner between the two roofs, How do I fill in the gap.

Hi Kim,

one way would be to create a wall at that level then adjust its "profile" using the edit profile tool

Select and go to Edit mode for the upper portion of the gable roof. In sketch mode, extend the upper roof profile along the hips, making sure that these lines are not slope defining. Finish sketch and I think you will have what you're after.
