I've been adding walls to my project, and adding constraints to hold the walls at specific distances from grid lines. Afterwards I tried changing the structure of the wall, and got and error that about 30 constraints could not be satisfied.
After some investigation I found that this only happened with walls that had constraints attached to faces other then the baseline of the wall. For example I created a test with two walls with constraints to the faces of their cores. The baseline on one wall was set to the center of core, the other the same constraint was specified but the baseline was set to the face of core. If I tried changing the structure of the wall in a way that would increase the thickness of the core. The wall with the baseline on the center of the core would produce and error.
Anyone know why this is? I'd rather not go around checking that the baselines of all my walls correspond to the dimensions constraining them if I don't have to.
