import elevation

I want to export an elevation view to dwg and then import
as underlay.
However, Revit always treat it as a plan, so how to do the task ?

change the workplane to an elevation before you import the DWG.

Hey there,
Once you have imported it, go to a 3d ortho view, or section/elevation, and then simply rotate it into a vertical position. I have done this before and it works. (Before I knew about changing the workplane before I exported!)
