How can I override a gyp layer wrap at one end of a wall only? This condition occurs when an interior partition wall butts into an exterior concrete wall and the other end of the wall does not connect with other walls.

split the wall vertically into two pieces. Duplicate and rename one piece of the wall to make it unique. One gets wrapping, the other does not. Where they butt together, there will be no wrapping.
Drag the butt-end of one of the walls away from "joining" and then drag it right back allowing it to join end-to-end with the other, and the "seam" between the two will clean up.

Interesting work around. Thanks
I seems unfortunate that I end up with two walls where one would be correct. This would qualify as a wish list item
